Terms Of Use

By using Naija Reality Check ("NRC") you agree to use it as a civic awareness and personal-reflection tool, not as a political endorsement engine.

You will NOT: post content that incites tribal, regional, or religious violence; impersonate other people; submit knowingly false data; attempt to manipulate aggregate statistics through coordinated activity; misuse exported data to defame private citizens.

You retain ownership of any content you create. You grant NRC a non-exclusive licence to display, aggregate, and anonymise that content for civic publication.

NRC is provided "as is". Aggregated statistics are derived from a mix of user-submitted reports and reported public data.

We never sell personal data. We do not ask for BVN, NIN, or bank details.

Privacy

We collect only the minimum data needed to generate your reality profile and community statistics.

Your submissions may be anonymised and aggregated for public insight dashboards.

Your exact answers are never publicly tied to your identity.

Methodology

Each answer is scored:

  • 🟢 Better = 75
  • 🟡 Same = 50
  • 🔴 Worse = 25

Scores are averaged across categories to generate your personal reality score.

The baseline score is fixed at 50 representing the previous administration comparison point.

Neutral By Design

NRC does not endorse political parties or candidates.

The platform exists to reflect lived experiences — not campaign narratives.
